Welcome to Downtown Toronto Cleaning. By booking our cleaning services or using our website (https://www.downtowntorontocleaning.com/), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing our platform or scheduling a residential, condo, or commercial cleaning service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accept these Terms of Service in their entirety.
2. Booking and Flat-Rate Pricing
All bookings made online or via phone are subject to our transparent flat-rate pricing structure based on home size and selected service packages. Additional custom requests or heavy-duty add-ons may be quoted separately prior to service execution.
3. Access, Keys & Condo Protocols
Clients are responsible for providing access to the premises at the scheduled time. For downtown high-rises and condos, clients must coordinate elevator reservations, visitor parking, and concierge key release instructions with their building management ahead of time.
4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
We understand that plans can change. We kindly request at least 24 hours' notice for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling requests to avoid late cancellation fees.
5. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our work. If you are not completely satisfied with any aspect of your cleaning, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will gladly dispatch a cleaning technician to re-clean the area at no additional charge.
6. Limitation of Liability
Downtown Toronto Cleaning is fully bonded and insured. Our liability for any damage or loss is limited to the extent covered by our insurance policy and must be reported within 24 hours of the cleaning appointment.
